clearly monique 2. from a photographic POV the contrast between her rows of teeth and her more diagonal body position make the photo more interesting. also her body language in pic 1 shows something like being brought to lough by the photographer (she's still watching him), while in pic 2 she's truely loughing.
very nice colours! especially the blue-pairs (shirt/door) and the pink-pairs (shawl/mug).

Even before reading the other opinions, I too chose #2. Monique is obviously truly laughing and enjoying herself--whether or not anyone is taking a photo.
