Fulani preacher goes the extra mile

My friend Boureima Diallo is a Fulani college tutor and preacher. He lives in England and heads up Fulani Ministries International. He recently did a cycle-ride from Land's End to John o'Groats to raise money for projects in Africa.

Boureima is disabled - he had polio as a child and lost mobility in one leg. However, he did the whole cycle-ride in an astonishing nine days (he had been aiming for eighteen).

Boureima's feat hit the headlines in local newspapers:

Polio victim's charity cycle ride
Disabled cyclists 'miracle-trip'

Well done, Boureima!
